  I was purchasing a new car and needed to get get insurance and wanted to switch to State Farm from Progressive. I went to the State Farm down the street from my house and not only did Richard Stock help me with getting car insurance and renters insurance for less than I was paying for just insurance with Progressive but Richard was also able to get a notary to come to his office so I could do the sale while I get insurance. Richard treated me and the person I bought the car from with upmost respect. It was a very hot day outside and he offered us a bottle of cold water which was unexpected and great customer service. I am very happy I went with State Farm and that Richard Stock assisted me. Highly recommended and will stay with State Farm from now on.

  Greetings, I am a 21 year old resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana who just recently began doing business with Doug Robichaux, State Farm. My recent experiences with this agent and his office were outstanding.I now have my car insurance, life insurance, and credit card through them. Everyone knows that customer service is an important aspect of running a business, and the customer service there was exceptional. The agent, along with his staff, was very welcomingand friendly. I was greeted as I entered the building and also offered a beverage of my choice. When it came to writing my policies, I really appreciated the staff understanding my needs and doing their best to meet them. I was not pressured into getting policiesthat I simply couldn’t afford; instead, they tried their best to save me as much money as possible. Overall, I am more than satisfied with this State Farm agency, and would recommend Doug Robichaux to anyone in the area. It will be more than your insuranceagency; the people there will become your friends. I don’t know about you, but I love to walk into a place of business and be greeted with a smile and someone who remembers my name!
